DiagLink update PC Suite v 1.12. error network query failed

    Hi all I have DiagLink unit that I tried to update today.  I downloaded DiagLink PC Suite v 1.12.  However, when I tried to connect to network I got the message the network query failed  I need Mazda Update installed onto unit 

    Can any help please

     Was getting the same error and downloaded the Maxi PC Suite and that worked for my DiagLink unit.
